Safe & Effective Exercise
most of the fitness industry advocates an excessive amount of time in the gym. this activity cut in to recovery and damages the body. we need to distinguish between activity and meaningful stimulation of the muscle cell. our approach is driven through intensity and time under tension. Adaptive Resistance Exercise equipment and our unique fitness protocol and training concepts provide time saving results. effective and tested and proven to work through scientific research. Focused and private one-on-one or group sessions offer complete fitness in as little as 15 minutes once or twice week. the workouts are 15 to 20 minutes but the session is 30 minutes, customize to your needs. group sessions are three to four people an it is 45 minutes and customize.
“Intensity” of effort is the most controllable factor in achieving the results you will see from your workouts. ARX AND THE CAROL BIKE WILL tailoring the intensity to fit you. This means we don’t use a “one size fits all” approach. Instead, we are committed to meeting you where you are at; each session and in fact, each exercise, we will tailor the intensity of the workout specifically for you. And remember, intense doesn’t mean “unsafe.” You can work at an incredibly high intensity of effort with little to no risk for injury. The foundation of effective exercise is SAFE exercise.
